Temperature: Currently ORCA rental systems are available in four temperature ranges: 2-8°C, 15-25°C, and -20°C PCM models, and a solution using dry ice to achieve -70°C temperature control. All solutions provide a minimum of 96 hours performance within these temperature parameters.

Pre-Conditioning: To ensure optimum product performance rental products can be pre-conditioned in the Intelsius ISTA certified laboratory by our expert Technical Team. All pre-conditioned solutions are supplied fully assembled and ready to accept the payload on delivery.

Delivery is calculated on checkout and is available for all locations throughout the United States.

Please note: This solution must be returned to the return office selected above, prior to the conclusion of the ten-day rental period. Failure to return the solution within the ten-day period will lead to extra charges being incurred.

ORCA Handling Best Practices- Decrease refurbishment costs

• Do not use water or detergent on VIP panels, as this can lead to distortion. Wipe down with an alcohol-free hard surface disinfectant.
• Do not leave in direct sunlight, hot vehicles or other similar extreme environments for an extended period. This will degrade the box and distort the print on the outside.
• Packaging should be transported up-right, arrows are printed on the side of the outer box.
• The use of an outer shipper prevents unwanted damage to the outer Correx.
• Use handles provided to lift and move the system.
• ORCA systems contain fragile components. Do not drop, crush, throw, stack heavy objects upon ORCA or otherwise mistreat the packages in any way.
• Ensure that any PCM panels removed, to load or unload payload, are replaced. Please double count before returning.
• Do not tamper with or attempt to open ORCA PCM Panels, VIP Panels or PCM Cassettes.
